I was supposed to FINALLY visit your shop (after months of waiting) last Saturday, but remembered you were still closed. :-( I did, however, manage to go to your Rustan's Makati stall! I loved the Pain aux Amandes et Chocolat and the brioche. I even made French Toast with half of the brioche! :-D When will you open in Rockwell? I'm there very often.
Please update when you will once again be open till nighttime, as that is the time I am most likely to visit. Also, I hope the pizzas will be available, as that is one of the top things I want to try, since I can't get that at your stall. Maybe by this weekend? *fingers crossed* |

My daughter Monique likes it too w/ hot chocolate.As you've told Monique, she is looking forward to your special chocolate crepe topped with almonds on her next visit. On Tuesday the 2nd of September, a bus full of children stopped in front of Alexandre to surprise us. The children were all from the orphanage, the one Alexandre has chosen to partner with in an effort to give back to the community and bring forth awareness that our children are our future and it is through people like Bahay ni Maria that we are all able to see that we must and we can make a difference no matter how small we are.
